University Booking and Scheduling System

Our University Booking and Scheduling System is designed to be used by the Students and Staff of a University and College. Our booking system maximizes the use of rooms and available equipment within an organisation, while making it possible to book the resources 24*7. The system was originally designed for the photographic departments, but is equally effective for any department that requires the monitoring and letting of equipment.

Students are issued with tokens that they can redeem, booking studio and equipment in each term. These tokens will expire at the end of every term and any balance that the students may have will not be carried forward to the next term. This ensures that students do not make any payments to anyone in order to book the room or equipment. Our system is unique as it integrates with a current time table therefore accommodating bookings for time-tabled lessons so the rooms and equipments can only be booked when they are available.

The system at present has the capability to handle bookings of equipment and rooms for an organisation for the entire current term. It has a simple modern interface which is very user friendly. Booking a room is simple - choose the date when you wish to book a room/studio, choose the type of room/studio you want to book, pay for it and the booking is complete.

Staff members have the privilege of making bookings without the use of tokens. The booking process for them is the same as that for the students although without the additional requirement of tokens.
